Dr. Panaligan-Navalta is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2001. She completed her residency training in an accredited Dermatology training institution at the East Avenue Medical Center in 2007 and has become a board certified Diplomate of the Philippine Dermatological Society in 2008. Her special interest in hair transplantation started before she took her residency training in Dermatology when she was able to observe hair transplant surgeries done by Dr. Julieta P. Arambulo and other residents under her training. This interest persisted and pushed her to pursue observerships and training abroad under well-renowned hair transplant surgeons. Soon after, she joined Dr. Julieta P. Arambulo to form the Asian Hair Restoration Center.
