Dr. Julieta Peralta- Arambulo, the President and Founder of the Asian Hair Restoration Center, is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgery ; a graduate of the Far Eastern University, Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and completed her Dermatology specialty training in the Skin and Cancer Foundation of the Philippines in 1988. She is a Board-certified dermatologist, having earned this distinction; she became a Diplomate in 1990 and Fellow in 1993 of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). She developed the passion in hair transplant procedure since she was a Resident physician in 1986 at the Skin and Cancer Foundation, a PDS-approved dermatologic training institution in the Philippines and founded by Dr. Sylvia Jacinto.

Her passion in hair restoration surgery, which involved artistry and detailed procedure continued and in 1997. She learned the art of Follicular Unit Hair transplantation, the gold standard in hair transplantation under Dr. Allan K. Yung of Anew Medical Group Clinic in Willshire California. She updates herself with the new developments and techniques in hair restoration surgery by attending various scientific meetings and workshops here and abroad.

Dr. Arambulo acquired the knowledge in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE): State of the Art Methodology and Instrumentation under Dr. James Harris in Denver, Colorado in 2009. She now performs FUE using the Powered Safe Scribe with skills and competence and offers this procedure as alternative treatment in patients with limited donor supply and who do not want donor linear scarring.

Dr. Arambulo is the Head of the Hair Transplant Unit in The Medical City Wellness and Aesthetic Center and performs both Strip FUT and FUE technique with higher skills and knowledge..She strongly supports the Mission and Vision of International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and uses it as the guiding principles in hair transplant practice:
