DR. JULIETA PERALTA-ARAMBULO
Dr. Julieta Peralta- Arambulo, a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery is a graduate of the Far Eastern University, Philippines, NRMF and completed her Dermatology specialty training in the Skin and Cancer Foundation of the Philippines in 1988. She is a Board-certified dermatologist. Having earned this distinction, she became a Diplomate in 1990 and Fellow in 1993 of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). She developed the passion in hair transplant procedure since she was a Resident physician in 1986 at the Skin and Cancer Foundation, a PDS-approved dermatologic training institution in the Philippines, founded by Dr. Sylvia Jacinto. After residency, her passion in hair restoration continued where she learned the art of Follicular Unit Hair transplantation under Dr. Allan K. Yung of Anew Medical Group Clinic in Wilshire California in 1997, which is the gold standard in hair transplantation. Since then she has been attending various scientific meetings and workshops here and abroad to learn the new developments and techniques in hair restoration surgery. The latest one was the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery 17th Annual Scientific Meeting held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands last July 2009 and ISHRS Regional Workshop, Denver, Colorado: Follicular Unit Extraction: State of the Art Methology and Instrumentation hosted by Dr. James Harris.
