Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation represents the end refinement of surgical hair restoration.  The natural final cosmetic result is the greatest advantage of FUT.  The essential aspects of   FUT are single- donor strip harvesting and stereomicroscope dissection. Careful dissection of the hair strip into its normal follicular groupings performed under direct stereomicroscope control avoids follicular transection and optimizes the yield of follicular unit grafts.  Strip FUT has greatly expanded the number of candidates for transplantation because of its careful use of the donor area.  In addition, minimal linear scarring in donor area is possible if recommended surgical principles are followed. Special training is necessary to produce skilled assistants who understand the precision needed to generate and place high-quality grafts.  The physician himself must understand and be proficient with each step in order to train assistants and to supervise quality control.  AHRC surgical team is composed  of  skilled and well-trained assistants dedicated to excellence.
