Dr. Arambulo takes staff training very seriously and has developed a training system to produce competent medical assistants, and combined with the atmosphere of team spirit comprise the core ingredients to a successful procedure. The AHRS surgical team is composed of Dr. Arambulo as the head hair transplant surgeon, assisted by Dr. Jocelyn Theresa Panaligan-Navalta -- a board certified Diplomate in Dermatology, and Dr. Michael Edward A. Navalta -- a board certified Fellow of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery who is fully trained in surgical grafts and flaps, and a well-trained staff of nurses and medical assistants.
